Likable
I kinda like this animation. It's short and these drawings go by pretty fast, so I don't really know what's going on most of the time. But the few images I took notice of were amusing and well-drawn. If only you had colored the drawings, I think it would have been easier to distinguish one picture from another, so it would be easier to see what's going on. But as you said, you lost a shitload of work.

Holy shit dude, I'm away for a week and you come with this! It's pure genious, from beginning to end. I've never seen the original, but pff.. Shivers man. These past years you've been making so many games, it's been a while since I've seen a flash by you and this was way above my expectations. I mean yeah, your flash skills are awesome but I never expected anything THIS good.
In my opinion this is the second most moving video I've ever crossed here on Newgrounds. It's THAT good. I just love how the emotions speak to you in this video. Even the part when he turns to God, which is usually considered to be quite cheesy, was brought in an amazing way, powerful. Almost as if God's intentions become all so clear in this video. I could write a lot more good things about this video, but it'll never be as good as watching it.
I can tell you will be one to have moved many people ;)
This was great.
You've got an awesome style; sketchy, yet not overdone. Together with your partial-surrealistic style this flash emits a creepiness that I love. Nice use of colors, great work on the shading. I kind of like the plot, though it's pretty depressing, Heh. Great little short, this should have gotten more attention in my opinion!
I don't see no cuffs
Very short but I enjoyed this. The characters were simple but pretty neat. Seemingly you will need to spend more time on the backgrounds though. And instead of repeating the same scenes a few times, you could have added new stuff. Like a scene where we actually get to see this guy's hands in cuffs.
Very anime like
I must say this is very anime like. The job you did on the hair and the eyes are very detailed. The angle given also gives it a cool effect. Even the grass works to that effect I guess. I love what you did here. Although you could have tried to keep your lines smoother. This animation was very short, so I hope that you will submit something longer next time. It will also guarantee you a better score! ;)

Ha, I used to play that game
In my personal opinion this should have gotten a better score. It's a strange and rather random animation but also entertaining and fun. The whole thing was set up nicely and fitted with the music quite well. I especially like the backgrounds you used. They're energetic and fun.
What I think is a little of a downside, is that you drew some of the things in flash, they look so out of place! I think it would have been better if you took the time to pixelate a watering can and pot by yourself.

Short but awesome. I liked the use of colors, and the drawings of every scene were very detailed, although you could have spent more time on perspectives. For example; the right window in Ness' room looks strange. Actually Ness' room looks strange in overal. It looks like you drew everything in color first, and added outlines after that. It almost leaves the impression that you traced it, but noticing the wobbly lines in every scene makes me doubt that.
Also I noticed you added shading using a brushtool, which leaves marks in the outlining. I recommend using a pencil tool instead. You just pull a line, then use the fill tool to color in the shading. Dubbleclick the pencil line and press delete. Easy as hell and it looks neat.
You should also have added a preloader. If you don't know how to make one, you can download one on Newgrounds.
The music was a great fit, I would have loved to see this finished. I bet everyone who has played Earthbound would enjoy this cartoon. If this was finished it would have given it a 9 for sure!

Awesome Collab
Possibly one of my favourite collabs
I love muse, that's a big plus but of course not the only reason for the high score that I am giving. I'll start from the beginning. The preloader and menu both were awesome. It was cool how you put music in there, although in my opinion you could have made it fade out once play was pressed.
The next part featured all artists, to whoever did the art on that; A very sweet job!
All parts of the collab were wonderfully animated. Especially the expressions and special effects were pretty amazing to me. My favourite part of the animation from the guy that comes in when the song takes a break and you're left with the easygoing part that's sort of ambient(not the ending). I loved that part of the animation. A very experimental use of movement with colors, although the gun to the head was unnecesary in my opinion.
Another thing that kind of bothered me was the naked girl where Matt sings "Give me all the joy and bliss in your mind"; her breasts weren't drawn that well in frontview. Other than those small details, this collab gave me a few shivers. An amazing job.
This is quite intersting
As I started the flash the graphics didn't seem to be all that amazing, though I watched the story unfold and liked the whole concept. The story's plot is actually strangely philosophic, and might(who knows) even be reality. I've been thinking about such posibilities myself :P
Your drawingstyle is simplistic and even looks very rushed, but the overal movie was very well planned out and was enjoyable to watch. I would have liked it a lot better if you spent more time to work on the graphics though. Especially the main characters looked very dull as they were just circles with little bit of color on the top, but I did like the concept of textfaces.
Overal it was a very interesting, original and entertaining movie.
Like I say in my profile, I can't draw... so I always go for simple character design and I try to get something a bit conceptual. You know, like you get what it is even if it's not that impressive.
