If you're serious about animation but would rather work on solo projects, I recommend you with all seriousness to watch this. It's been made by Spike Valentine. Besides it being a great tutorial for beginners, he also teaches a few neat tricks to speed up and improve your work. It includes some GREAT TIPS on how to create a masterpeace and how to get it published too! I hope that convinced someone out there ;)
